We may from time to time send important information to you via E-Mail. Please program your E-Mail account to accept E-Mails from ravenol.co.uk as an order confirmation is sent automatically when you place an order. In addition, we normally send you a short mail confirming when your order leaves our warehouse and of course once your order has left our warehouse we will mail you a VAT Receipt together with tracking details. Rest assured that we do not pester you with unnecessary advertising and/or junk mails.

Any information we receive about you is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not pass this on to others in any shape or form. The exception is of course any information necessary to essential 3rd Party Service Providers such as the Courier Service delivering your order, Credit Card Companies when using PayPal or your Bank when paying by Debit.

Personal and transactional account information can be viewed and updated by logging in to your account.

Please note that we do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use our Online Shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
