Digital Marketing Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to become a valued member of our small and multi-talented team.

To be considered for the position of Digital Marketing Executive you must be an exceptional communicator, capable of working at the forefront of the creative process, in a truly varied and interesting role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining the Company’s online presence
  • Updating and improving our online shopping experience
  • Working with our in-house Graphic Designer to create eye-catching web pages
  • Increasing our Social Media awareness
  • Co-ordinating our UK-wide Motorsport involvements and attending events
  • Organising the Company’s attendance at selected exhibitions and car shows

This role will suit a recently qualified Marketing graduate with an interest in all things Automotive (in other words a Petrol-Head) who is keen to gain more experience working in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a creative, fun-loving individual who can learn fast, work hard, be fully committed, and can juggle doing more than one thing at a time whilst paying attention to detail. We need someone who can find and work with influencer's and develop unique Social Media campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experienced Social Media user
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong pitch writing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills adept in brokering deals
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Confident in coordinating a range of events & campaigns
  • A blend of strong analytical and written skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask, work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong grammar and punctuation and high attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge and experience working with Social Media
  • In depth knowledge of Word and Excel
  • To be reliable and respond quickly to evolving opportunities
  • A love of all things Automotive
  • An interest in Motorsport
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to build instant rapport
  • Flexibility with working hours. This is not a 9 – 5 job!

This is primarily what is known these days as a Hybrid position. Mostly you will work from home, unless of course you are attending an event. There will be the need to occasionally visit our head office, situated in a beautiful part of Mid-Wales.

Although we would consider candidates from across the UK, it would be ideal for someone living in Wales or the West Midlands.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Basic £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on age and experience, plus a generous sales-based commission and paid holidays.
