Finding the Right Oil:
If your enquiry concerns which oil is suitable for your vehicle, please use our Which Oil App. This tool allows you to select your vehicle's make, model, and year from a simple drop-down menu. Note that, as Ravenol is a global company, our database does not accept UK registration numbers. For the UK climate, we recommend selecting a middle-grade oil from the options provided, as Ravenol produces oils suitable for every climate worldwide.
When you find the recommended product, the link will direct you to the German website. Copy the product name and paste it into the search box on our UK website to place your order.
Important:

Before Calling:
Please check our FAQ page as it answers most common questions. If you still need to speak with us, please call 01686 650640. Our staff are very busy, and the relevant person may not be immediately available, so our reception will answer your call. Please leave the details of your inquiry, your contact number, and the best times to reach you during office hours. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Due to an unprecedented volume of calls and limited staffing, there may be delays. To avoid delays, please use the FAQ or Which Oil App whenever possible.

- Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: Closed
Please note that calls, text messages, and emails will not be answered outside these hours. Our Click & Collect facility is open from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm, Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
